We had an amazing 2-night stay at Sercotel Don Luciano and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-tier. After a rough night at a previous Airbnb where we barely slept, the hotel staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early so we could rest. That small gesture made a huge difference and set the tone for our stay. The property itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, with a modern, comfortable feel throughout. One of the standout details was the scent of the hotel—it smelled incredible everywhere, which added to the overall sense of cleanliness and care. We especially loved the terrace views of the city—perfect for relaxing and taking in Sevilla—and the modern soaking pool was a great touch after long days exploring. All around, this hotel delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and genuinely grateful for the experience.

This hotel was an amazing find located in the center of everything. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful hotel scent in the lobby. The beds are super comfortable, staff were so helpful with directions and accommodating with our extra needs like towels/teas/sugars. Our favorite thing was the location. You need an outfit for dinner? Zara is at the corner. You forgot your lipgloss? Sephora is inside Corte de Ingles across the street. You want some milk to go with that pan dulce? Aldi is across the street. The restaurant on the 1st floor lobby is excellent too. Get the 18hr braised beef ribs; you won’t be disappointed.

On sent que l’hôtel a ouvert très vite avec des travaux bâclés pour ne pas manquer la saison estivale. Un montant de porte de salle de bain qui s’effondrait, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas, des traces de plâtres sur les carrelages de salle de bains, une machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons signalé dès la première nuit que la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et rien a été fait. Chambre très poussiéreuse et beaucoup de cheveux long qui traînaient dans la chambre, la salle de bain et le placard. La partie espagnole du petit déjeuner était très bonne et c’est ce qui m’invite à ne pas mettre 1 étoile. Sinon très déçu par mon expérience. Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoile (notamment les tasses et cuillères en plastique dans la chambre)
