Very blessed vacation since the first day in the hotel Costa del Sol Cusco , Richard give us very good advice about how to buy tickets for Machu Picchu , trains , buses and tours , everybody there very friendly and helpful , excellent free breakfast and very safe place, actually Cusco is a very safe City.

Let down by the rooms !!

Excellent location and the public areas of the Hotel are great and everything is very clean .. but that is where it ends. The rooms are small, very dated and very noisy. The door on my room didn't lock properly, there is virtually no sound proofing so you can hear everything from out in the hallway and the lifts will keep you awake if you are in the back section of the building. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by the state of the rooms that are in desperate need of a complete refurb.

Great location, clean and beautiful hotel.

The location is nice (close to Plaza de Arms and lots of good restaurants). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size, very clean. Breakfast is included and a very large selection. I took off one star overall because my room was on the street-facing side and it was very noisy all night with cars honking (make sure you bring earplugs).

Un hotel precioso ,cerca de la plaza mayor pero con mucha privacidad y calma . Me encantó el restaurante Paprika en sus instalaciones ,platillos deliciosos para almuerzo y cena ,y el desayuno variado y rico . Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin dudarlo La amabilidad de todo su personal excelente. La hora del emoliente no me lo perdi por nada para disfrutar de su patio central Estuve hospedada 6 noches .
