My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a soft bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out very smooth. The hotel is in a convenient location, quiet and well-maintained. Highly recommended for both business and travel — I will definitely come back!

首先是到步check in 出現問題，職員翻查紀錄，說沒有收到我們租住訂單，搞了半小時，才確認到，我質疑hotel.com 和酒店之間溝通出現嚴重問題，客人預訂了房間，公司沒有和酒店聯絡。 其次是酒店設施不足，沒有歺廳，整座大廈仍有裝修工。房間洗手間花灑頭水力太強，盛載浴露架不穩，易鬆脱。房間也沒有coffee 供應。 還有是房間價格問題，我們入住當天，酒店房間的價格是大約¥250 一晚，但hotel .com 收取顧客的費用連手續費是$738.6 一晚，比酒店實收價格超出許多，公司沒有合理的解釋。 我們對此極表不滿。
