Have a Drink in Patrick’s Whiskey Bar

Hotel Fidder is a bit outside the center of Zwolle but an easy walk (about ten minutes). It comes with on-street parking. It’s an old hotel minus a lift but is quite cozy and has more outlets in its rooms than many a modern hotel. It has a wonderful whiskey bar offering a diverse selection of whiskies from around the world and an all-day small bites menu. The breakfast buffet is also quite good.

Boutique hotel, with charm of mid 19th century architecture and design. Friendly team, good and quick service. The whiskey bar is something special - the owner is passionate about it and gave couple good stories. Will stay there every time when I'm in Zwolle.

a pleasant stay

we stayed in the room 31 on the top floor. room facilities and breakfast were good under this reasonable pricing. it’s a hundreds year old house with steep staircase so you may need to be careful when you travel with big suitcases. love they have different classic themes for bedroom decor, also the whisky bar on ground floor

Very nice hotel with friendly staff located in a lovely neighbourhood. Stairs is steep and short so for those with big luggage, it will be a challenge. Also towels were small but luckily they had a lot. Other than that, very nice place to stay!!

This was a lovely place to stay for a night. Beware- there is no elevator. Thankfully the staff helped us carry our luggage up two flights of narrow ,steep stairs

Nice

The only negative feedback I can give is that the hotel didn't have elevator. Going upstairs with a lot of luggages and having to go downstairs every time I wanted to smoke was a nightmare. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. There was a special bread with pepper in it at the breakfast, I want to let the responsibles of the hotel know that I still couldn't forget how amazing it tasted. The location was good and everywhere was easily accessible.

Very pleased we chose to stay here

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, had a room overlooking the street at the front - very comfortable nd we had a good night's sleep. It was a very warm night so it was good to have a fan in the room. We specifically chose this hotel because it looked quaint, and had a fantastic whisky selection. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the garden and enjoying some great whiskies in the evening. Staff/service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. If you want a modern hotel in "perfect" condition - then don't come here. This is the type of hotel you will really love if you enjoy comfortable surroundings and a building that has real character. We hope to be back one day.

Sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Grosses Bad und grosse Dusche. Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel. Zentrum zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nicht das modernste Gebäude, aber alles war ordentlich und sauber. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut! Ich würde dort wieder buchen, vor allem wegen des freundlichen Personals.

Uitermate gezellig, prima service, goed ontbijt, en een extra attractie voor whisky-liefhebbers. Wel wat aandachtspunten als, bij onze kamer althans, een erg kleine badkamer. Het pand is oud, en kan hier en daar wel wat meer onderhoud gebruiken. Maar alles bij elkaar beslist een aanrader.

Heel karakteristiek mooi hotel uiystekende service

Een heel karakteristiek hotel, een historisch pand , heel leuk aangekleed met oude meubeltjes. Het is een 3 sterren hotel maar zeker 4 sterren waard. Het personeel is jong en geweldig goed. Het ontbijt is heel origineel en goed verzorgd. De kamers zijn origineel klassiek jngericht, in oude engelse stijl. Er zit zelfs een kleine sauna in de badkamer. Parkeren is in de straat, wel eenn beetje beperkt.

De locatie is geweldig ..in een straat waar je het niet zou verwachten. Rustige omgeving..prima uitvalsbasis voor zwolle centrum. Het hotel is in een antieke stijl opgebouwd..geeft meteen een gezellig gevoel. Twinn kamer was prima.. Ontbijt was ook goed. Supervriendelijke medewerkers..
