Great room for a great price. Would come back here again. Convenient location. Lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. As other reviewers mentioned, the rooms are small, but for two people for a quick weekend and 2 carry-on bags, it was perfect. Our room had a nice deck space. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Absolutely amazing place in such a good location! Given I wanted to be in close proximity to both downtown for a conference and Capitol Hill for a fun nightlife experience, the place was clean and efficient and had everything we needed. If looking for a great place to stay , at a reasonable price and located in a great spot of town , look no further! Staff was great and the room was wonderful! There is no elevator as its an older building that's been renovated but honestly that didn't even factor into my decision as the rooms had everything you need and just in case you needed extra of something there was many of items available in the shared hallway on every landing. During my stay I walked to dinner, dessert, where I had my car parked with ease. Comfy, cozy and worth the stay!

My experience was great with the Boylston!check in was smooth, when I did see a person at the desk downstairs- they were very polite and welcoming! Hot water in the shower lasted a very good amount of time (30 minutes or so) all the documentation I read prior was accurate and fair when I got there.

Stayed here for two nights and absolutely adored this little boutique nest of a hotel. Self check in was incredibly easy, especially arriving close to midnight. During the daytime, someone sits in the lobby and answers any questions you might have about your stay or the surrounding area. Easy to access Lyft/uber, public transport, and ride share bikes. Pleasant neighborhood to walk around. Extremely clean room, cozy bed, fast WiFi, and the shower is incredible. Would stay here again, and would recommend to friends and fam
