Junior suite was incredible, well equipped, spacious and spotless. Breakfast was adequate and nicely presented - lacked fruit options when we visited but no one left hungry The car park is convenient but space isn’t guaranteed so don’t rely on it but Titanic car park 100 yds away. The location is perfect for a few days in Belfast right by Titanic attractions and only a five minute Uber from Cathedral Quarter.

A very last minute booking due to our accommodation we had originally booked not being up to scratch! The hotel is new, the area it’s in is well presented and right next to the Titanic Hotel which is a must visit. Check-in was quick and efficient, and our room was amazing! We had a king studio, very spacious and had everything we needed. The room and all the hotel were really clean, no faults there. The room was quiet and couldn’t hear any body else or outside. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk into the city over the footbridge which was a lovely walk - we walked back from town really late and it felt safe. Would definitely recommend!

Just stayed weekend for wife’s birthday, hotel lovely and spotless only thing we could really complain about was breakfast not much choice at all was very basic which was abit of a let down considering the hotel is really nice, and in a really good location, would stay again but wouldn’t bother with the breakfast option unless it was changed or upgraded abit, also contacted hotel to say was wife’s birthday anything complimentary would be appreciated and never even got a response from them, a little underwhelming but not a massive deal I suppose

Marriott is a global brand, i expect all the staff are carying to be a marriott ambasador but unfortunately not. I met a rude male manager that is in hospitality industry with no customer care. We are tourist attenting a golf competition unfamiliar of surroundings frustrated how to park. Parking is small for a 230 plus room but 45 parking spaces with a fee of 20 pounds. Manager not even suggesting a car park alternatives . I was sitting in my car for 2 hours googling and downliading a app for belfast parking which they can teach me or giving me leaflet of parking nearby. Front office receptionist during check out is very helpful and telling me they have leaflet for tourist for alternative parking. Hotel is good location for visiting titanic museum only but if your there for exploring belfast and going back after 4 pm expect that you don't have parking. Breakfast is included but limited option Room is spacious with agood size kitchenette.

Stayed for 3 nights. Used Residence Inn as a base in Belfast so we could visit various places in Northern Ireland. The accommodation was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection available. We were pleasantly surprised there was a hot selection too. The staff are very helpful. I would recommend it.

Excellent location for Titanic Museum , 1 minute walk ! Hotel staff excellent , very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious , very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was ok The hotel has parking which is a big bonus Room was clean other than a clump of hair on floor when we arrived but cleaner came back in immediately to sort. Reaching the curtains to close /open was an effort as there is a settee in front of. Instructions for the coffee machine and air conditioning would be helpful. If we are in Belfast again would definitely look at staying here again.

Lækkert nyt hotel i gåafstand fra centrum. Morgenmaden var godkendt, nok 3 stjerner værd. Værelserne ret store og pæne med køkken, lækker kaffe på værelserne. Dog et stor minus at man ikke kunne få parkering i gården, vi måttet parkere på pplads længere væk for 27 pund i døgnet, så det skal lægges oven i prisen , hvis man har lejet bil.
