This place was super super clean with a friendly staff. Price was a greatbargain too! They had music bingo in the sportsbook. Stayed 2 days and they even offered $5 vouchers for each person each day. The vouchers were redeemable for fresh danish baked daily. The players club for 1st time card holders offered $5-$50 random amt. for 1st timers. Both my wife and i each received $50 on freeplay. Overall would give the place high ratings.

The hotel is really clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing that we were disappointed with was there was no room service. We were hoping to go back to our room at the end of the night and have a couple drinks and maybe a late night snack in our pjs but that is not available at this hotel. This is a fantastic place to stay. The check-in process was very smooth and well explained. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to maintain the temperature in the room, without a lot of adjusting. Highly, highly recommend the Forest Grill to eat. We read that the artichoke dip was outstanding and we were not disappointed. The Great Plains burger (Bison burger) was cooked perfectly and very tasty! The Fried Eggplant was just as fantastic! For sides we have french fries and mac & cheese - neither of them disappointed. Our server Mallory was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us, answering all our questions about dinner. Check out was just as great as check-in. I was not very successful at the slot machines, but my other half did great, and we eneded up walking out a little ahead. Definitely check this place out if you need to stay in the Syracuse area.
