The Valet probably should have some training on amenities and things nearby. It would up their tips and increase the customer services.

Room was nice. Elevator for parking garage was out, i think that should have been advertised prior. Had to carry all the luggage up and down a tight stairwell. Also, parking was $50. Was not aware until arrival.
