Good
It was a cool place if you want to get a feel of how a local might live but other than that I think a hotel would have been a better value for the price we paid. The hot water did not work and the point of contact was sort of rude with her responses. I'm not sure if that was a cultural difference in the way people address issues.

The neighborhood is noisy at night and we saw rats outside the building. The pictures displayed at listing are different rooms and is confusing to understand which is the one you reserved. The bathroom is tiny but I guess that is all over the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Its a cosy place to stay in Trastevere, very close to everything but unfortunately I have to mention that the common area it’s a bite noisy specially when the other guests are doing the check in, there should be a sign remaining to keep the noise at minimum.

Great location but welcome not up to standard.
Communicated with one of the hosts via whatsapp and they were very helpful and accommodating. Informed them 3 days ahead of our stay that we had a late night flight on arrival - they said no problem but would be 20 euro charge for them to meet us with the key. That was fine, except when we arrived Miguel was outside the property and was pretty rude. He barely spoke to us, snatched up our passports to photograph them and threw the map on the bed, I think the only thing he said was" I am very tired!" and rolled his eyes. No advice on area, even help with where we were on the map etc. It was late, but its a hotel, we can't be the first guests to check in after midnight - given we paid the extra fee we didn't appreciate the attitude problem. The room itself was OK, large and fairly clean. Area and location fantastic. Overall pretty good despite the poor welcome.
