Nice hotel near the river.
The hotel is nice and comfy but it located amid residential area which is both pro and con at the same time. On the up side, it's quite and convenient for traveling to other places. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant (only serve breakfast) and there're only a few pricey restaurants within walking distance. It'd be better to have your own transportation though taxi can be arranged by the receptionist.

Hotel isn't a resort. It's just a hotel. No pool. No gym. Breakfast is a basic quality.
Considering where the hotel is, the facilities and service is acceptable. Especially for the price you pay.
So overall it's a nice place.

Quiet Hotel some distance from the City Center
The hotel is a pleasant and spacious place to be. In my opinion, it should not be called a resort, a little misleading. The manager is very helpful and helped us put together a trip to the Golden Triangle. The rooms are large, independent, and clean. The mattresses are very hard and I mentioned it to the manager and they put a soft topper on my bed, so no problem. The included breakfast is a cut above most included breakfasts. The hotel is one level, individual rooms, in a park like setting. The bellman did have a trolley to take our suitcases to our rooms.

dont be misled by the fountain foto....
We chose this hotel coz we were attracted by the water fountain. However, it did not work for 3 days (we stayed 3 days 2 nites). The resort is quite disappointing, 1, the room is newly decorated and the big smell from painting was disgusting. I told the staff whether he had a fan to borrow, but he gave me an air spray instead. 2 the air-conditioner was bad, 18C makes you feel like 25+. 3. during breakfast session, they did not cover the fruit and milk and i did not want to eat something that were contaminated by flies and insects. 4. i cant find a single spot to hang up my clothes.

I only spent one night there and had no chance to explore the area. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was a bit poor, but overall I thought it was good value for money.

Excellent staff, but the hotel needs renovations
The staff was very helpful, but the hotel needs renovations. The manager did everything
i asked him for to please us. He also speaks clear English.
The rooms are a bit far from the parking spaces, this makes it difficult to carry the luggage to the room. There is no ramp to pull the luggage up to the room. I probably should have asked for someone to carry my luggage for me. There is no swimming pool. Thailand is extremely hot and if you plan to stay several nights in one place, a pool is a must to cool off when we return from a tour of the town...
I recommend for a night, but not several nights.

Good for the price...but you need your own ride.
Good, clean and quiet place to stay in Chiangrai as long as you have private car because a bit far from city centre by walk. The room condition is clean and good on the day we stayed there.

Little gem near the river
All reviews are actually correct. Stayed here twice with family (2 littlies and wife) on way to north and back. Clean, very safe, looked after my laptop at the office during day, stored our luggage while we were up on river, great breakfast, called us cabs everytime (50-60 to night bazaar, 1200 to Chiang Khong on way to Luang Prabang), and were generally really nice folks. Plus, great value for money.

nice bed and breakfast
Enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. Stayed in the bungalows. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The free breakfast was a very good American breakfast. I would recommend asking for a room away from the lobby/restaurant as we had room number 1 and it was very noisy starting at 6am. Convenient location to walk to the river...all else need a car for

Great room, great staff
Really nice place, just the location being out of town was the main thing that let it down. Cab/tuk tuk required for most locations but the staff were very helpful
