A great place to stay with character!

The location and owner are amazing. The room could use some paint, but unless you are spending the whole vacation in your room, it's more the good. I would reccomend this to anyone who wants a friendly face to greet them when they arrive in Rome, and who wants to be close enough to walk/metro to the major attractions.

Standard hostel in Italy

Stay was ok, owner indicated he is getting a/c unit in near future, would definitely improve room comfort in the summer. Excellent location close to metro, restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. Shower could use some non-slip stickers.

Convenient walk to Vatican

This is a great place to stay at if you are looking for value for money. Don't expect any breakfast served over here even though they advertise this place as a B&B. All we got offered in the name of breakfast when we stayed there was a coffee. Other than that the room was clean and adequate.

Só tive um par de noites. Correu tudo bem e são simpáticos mas pensei que tivesse algo para comer no pequeno-almoço mas não tinha. Só uma máquina de café, mais nada.

Consigliato!

In una posizione conveniente e facilmente raggiungibile con la metro (fermata Lepanto), il b&b Morelli Rooms si trova a piano terra di un palazzo residenziale. Personale accogliente, stanza pulita e ben organizzata: si suggerisce alla direzione di aggiungere, all'armadio a vista già presente, un appendiabiti verticale "uomo-morto" per la cambiata quotidiana e un tavolino/comodino a 'mo di svuota-tasche. Unica pecca la colazione contente cornetti, fette biscottate e marmellate ma con possibilità di fare unicamente il cappuccino solo con la bustina in polvere e l'acqua calda e senza quindi latte fresco.

Jag är uppriktigt förvånad över att Hotels.com förmedlar ett sånt här boende. Det framgick inte av annonsen när jag bokade att rummet var ett rum i en lägenhet med två andra rum som också var uthyrda. Hela lägenheten stank av mögel, badrummen var värst men i vårt rum luktade det också och det var inte så konstigt eftersom det rann vatten ur elementet och in under korkmattan så den var alldeles böjd. Vi blev båda snuviga av att bo där och jag tror på riktigt att det är farligt att sova i en så möglig miljö. Det fanns inget kök i lägenheten. Frukosten bestod av torra skorpor och croissanter med lång hållbarhet i små platsförpackningar samt en espressomaskin. Kaffet var jättebra men i övrigt var frukosten så undermålig att den inte kan kallas kontinental. Det enda som var bra med "hotellet" var läget men jag skulle starkt avråda alla från att bo i det där råtthålet.

MI HANNO TRUFFATO Ho chiamato il B&B e mi ha risposto la moglie del titolare, avevo prenotato due notti in una stanza col bagno in camera, e una notte una stanza col bagno condiviso, ne abbiamo parlato a telefono in maniera chiara, e la signora mi aveva confermato tutti i dettagli della mia prenotazione. Quando sono arrivato, era presente il marito, che mi ha detto che la mia prenotazione prevedeva solo stanza col bagno condiviso, mi sono ritrovato ad avere una sistemazione diversa da quella concordata a telefono con la moglie!!!

Great Location, Disappointing Guesthouse

The guesthouse is essentially a hostel. The room I stayed in was basically a closet measuring approximately 6 X 10 feet (somewhat smaller than the average jail cell) giving a persistent claustrophobic sensation, no ventilation, paper thin walls where I could hear my neighbor snoring. The bathrooms (2) were located outside my cell . Liquid soap and tissue paper provided, but no towels and there was sewer gas in one of the bathrooms. The owners were amiable and friendly but only speak Italian. Therefore if you do not speak Italian communication will be a challenge. In truth the only redeeming quality is location. The guesthouse is located close to the metro and is in the central area of Rome and the sordid conditions will provide you the motivation to get up early early.

Great location, super kind owners&cleaning staff

Fantastic Owners and staff. Safe place. It was a good spot to lay your head and recharge for the next day in Rome. The beds are decent. The washrooms were ok. With three people in a room, it got warm. The AC didn't seem to give off cold air. It seemed to only circulate the warm air around. Very close to metro and buses. The sandwich place right beside the hostel doors is fantastic too!! Great Sandwiches.

N'oubliez pas les Boules Quies chez Morelli

Que de bruit pendant notre séjour chez Morelli! Au secours! J'ai l'habitude des chambres modestes, des auberges de jeunesse mais là ça dépasse l'inimaginable! _Aucune intimité, _chambre très bruyante, on a l'impression de dormir avec les clients des chambres voisines, _ pas de réception enfin si collée à la porte de la chambre à partir de 8h du matin jusqu'à 19h! _le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, _le petit-dej se résume à un plateau avec thé en poudre et 2 biscottes posé dans la chambre dès notre arrivée, _En ce qui concerne le wifi, on capte légèrement un réseau gratuit si on se penche à la fenêtre. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit malgré le sympathique accueil du personnel.

L'hotel si trova in un punto strategico, poco traffico, molta calma. Veramente un ottimo posto. Camere arredate in stile "modern". Molto colorate e vivaci. Tutto pulito, ottimi anche i servizi. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che si troveranno nei paraggi.
