Value for money

Check-in was simple, we were emailed a door code so completely contactless. We were expecting a double bed room, but got two single beds so we just pushed them together. Amenities are pretty basic but the location is good for visiting Cheltenham and the cost is good value so was about as expected.

Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Cheltenham. Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.
