Can’t fault the room or the staff attitude. Good location for jewellery quarter. Breakfast was just a bit busy and tables were not cleared as quickly as needed. Kept running out of milk for coffee and no one around to ask. It was a busy weekend but think this could have been better prepared for. Would have been a 5 star otherwise. Would go there again though.

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Staff are friendly, helpful and diligent. The room has everything that you need and more without it being cramp. The gym is a bonus and breakfast is lovely. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Birmingham

I stayed here for two nights with my partner and two young kids, the room, hotel etc was immaculate, we had the pleasure of meeting Faye, Ryan and Akira, they were very warm welcoming and beyond friendly and treated us like family. My kids were handed activities when on arrival and when we wanted to put the Aston Villa game on there was no hesitation from these friendly people. Next time we come to Birmingham I would stay here again, highly recommended and thank you staff for a lovely welcome and wishing us safe travels on route home
