    Very Good 8.0
    Nice hotel
We really loved the hotel. Our only problem was that with the weather was extremely hot and we wished the hotel was a bit closer to the areas we loved. The service and amenities were however top notch!! The concierge was not only knowledgable but friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small but nice!

    Poor 2.0
    Do NOT stay here
When we got to the hotel we were told they would not be doing hot breakfast (even though that was advertised in the price) and the restaurant was closed. We got to our room and there was green and brown stuff all in the sinks! I called downstairs and told them the room was dirty I needed to be moved and was told there were no more rooms and she’d be up to clean it when her replacement came “at midnight” We did not want to stay, with Covid you’d think hotels would be cleaner than ever and this was just scary. I called Hotels.com and somehow a room became available for us to switch to. Definitely would not return to this hotel, disappointed in the fact that it was not Hilton quality or service

A word of caution to those who value cleanliness
There is no evidence of any precautions being taken to provide heightened safety measures for COVID-19. Staff not wearing masks. Guests not being made to wear masks in lobby. Elevators and elevator buttons were very clearly not cleaned ever throughout our stay. Stayed in the presidential suite and it was filthy. I had to literally pick up a bags worth of trash upon arrival before I could put my young children on the ground. Other people's body hair was still all over the bathroom. Strange red liquid drips on wall over bed and on bedroom door. General manager Mr. Carter is arrogant and condescending. Was not and would not put on a mask despite Savannah City Ordinance requiring use of one. Pool was open for guest use, but the filters weren't running and it had a lot of dead bugs, hair and other trash floating in the uncirculated water. You couldn't pay me enough to ever stay there again.

    Good 6.0
    There’s better options.
No hot breakfast as advertised on here during booking. Instead they had a pitiful selection of store bought muffins and bananas. No housekeeping in room during your stay which is ok but at least have some sort of system in place for garbage, the tiny cans in the room just don’t cut it. The pull out couch bed was not cleaned from the previous person and had to ask for clean sheets. The garbage cans in the parking garage where overflowing all three days we where there. The front desk staff don’t seem to care when you need them, buying one of the overpriced snacks from their little shop they always acted like you where waisting their time. Checked in at around 9:30pm and no one was at the front desk for 15+ min the people that where waiting before me where trying to hunt them down as well. When I requested a crib for the room they said we probably have one but they would have to go find it and that they are alone and it would be awhile. Being as it’s already almost 10 we just went without and made due seeing as it’s too much work. With the abundance of great hotels in the area I will not be staying here again.

$28/night for parking and not a real breakfast
Nice clean hotel. My issues will be heavily weighed before staying again though: 1) Advertised as having breakfast (only fruit/muffin to put in bag) and 2) Horrible! got socked for $28.00 per night parking (absolutely ridiculous - not noted in the price when comparing to other hotels. Will now not consider free breakfast a perk...and will make sure I ask if there is a fee for parking.

    Wrong advertising
Free cooked to order breakfast was not provided as advertised. This was the main reason we stayed here and no one advised us that it was not being offered due to COVID 19. They never told me the hours for the bagged breakfast that was given instead so by 9:30 am breakfast was already closed and I had to look for a restaurant that was open even though I did not want to be in public places.

    Quick getaway
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staffvwere very helpfull. Given Covid, the breakfast was modified, bit they did the best they could. Love the location as it wss walkable to everything with plenty of on-street parking to avoid the garage fees. I will definately be back.

The room itself was pretty clean and the service was excellent. The only issue we had a problem with was there was the couch that was at least 20 years old in the sitting area. You can tell that it was extremely used throughout the years and not comfortable at all even just to relax on.
