The apartment was in a great location with great access to the main attractions and also the metro. It was clean and spacious.
What let it down slightly was that it was fairly plain and bare. But if you want functional central accommodation, then this is a very good option for you.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. First, it above and beyond exceeded our expectations. The photos and descriptions underplay how nice these units are. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations on what to see, restaurants, stores…everything. When I come back to Rome I want to stay in this exact same place.

Loved how close it is to everything, including attractions, groceries and restaurants.
Had a really nice private patio and very quiet at night. Walkable to everything.
We walked to the Vatican 5 km and back.
Walked to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps then back to Colosseo Gardens !
It is 10 minute walk to the colosseum.
Air conditioning is great and very clean.

A Gem near the Coliseum
The home is very clean and has a washer to wash some clothes. The beds are comfortable and the Air Condition was great….it is walking distance to the coliseum and for the train station it’s about a 15 min walk. It’s about a 7 min walk to bus stops that can take you all around Rome

I'm inspired to move to Rome and live in these apartments specifically. SO central to everything, easy access to public transport (subway, bus, taxis). Area is quiet and feels safe, apartment is clean, spacious, beautiful, and with everything you need. Communication from owners/property managers is clear and immediate closer to your booking and during your stay. Would 100% book again.
