My mom, 97 years old, had a lovely stay. The room was large, but had very little furniture. She would have appreciated another chair or a couch, and there was plenty of room for a couch. The true test of her stay will come when the $250 is refunded to the MASTERCARD. When she stayed at a hotel close by last year, she never did receive the deposit back that was taken in case there were incidentals charged to her room. There were no incidentals charged to her room and she never did receive the refund. That is why she chose to go to this hotel and we are hoping that the refund for the incidentals which there were none is refunded to the MasterCard.

Always nice to stay before an early departure or after a late arrival! The long term parking is a wonderful option, however the parking fee while overnighting, not so great(even with the discounted rate). Otherwise everything works well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Thank you staff for emergency support.

My wife and i were wrapping up our 4 day ski trip and my wife had an emergency low sugar event in the middle of the night prompting a 911 call. The two staff on duty that night handled the situation very professionally. I cant thank them enough. Ill spare the details here but they helped save her life. Eternal thanks! Her sugar came back up and we didnt need a trip to the hospital. The staff provided immediate responses to requests for extra towells, juice for sugar, and to make sure we were ok. Thank you again!...Also, the place was really convenient and has a nice restaurant to boot. Right across from the airport. I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel to be near YLW.

We stayed at this hotel before and after skiing at nearby mountains. We love its proximity to the airport. This time we were assigned a suite on their new wing. Very nicely furnished. Kitchenette with large service counter. Lots of seatings. Very comfortable stay.

Checked in after booking last minute via Hotels.com due to a cancelled flight. I was not asked if I had a car, so I needed to register my car later when I thought to ask. Then I ask for help with my airline meal vouchers and was given the wrong advice. One staff was very helpful in answering my questions but another gave the wrong directions.

Cheap, in that no breakfast was offered, had to pay $20 / person to go to the hotel restaurant to grab a breakfast, and $10 parking per night. In room fridge was noisy, rattling all night so I unplugged it. Everything was clean and working in this hotel, from what I saw.

Nice hotel but very expensive as we found the room to be just an ordinary hotel room. No breakfast for the $$$ we spent for the room. Good airport transfers both fellows we dealt with very nice and helpful. Living in the US we are used to top quality hotel rooms for the price we paid in Canada. Probably will not stay in this hotel again when we travel to Canada
