Perfect location but needs some changes.
Right in the heart of the city and was able to walk everywhere. I chose this hotel specifically because of the room aesthetic. Its kinda dark and reminiscent of the renaissance and I loved that about it. The room was beautiful. But the bed was so uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping. The room was so hot and the air conditioner didn't really work well. The staff were not as attentive/ helpful as they should be. The rooftop breakfast area is amazing. The food was great with lots of wonderful baked goods. The view is the shining star of this hotel. It is so beautiful and started the day perfectly. If the rooms were more comfortable and the staff got off their phone and paid more attention to their guests this would be a perfect place to stay.

convienent, but small rooms
Bed was very hard, comfort in room was stuffy and the air conditioning only worked while the key card was in the room., luckily it wasn't 95 degrees like it is in the summer where the rooms would be unbearable walking in to your room from a long sight seeing trip in the hot outdoors only to be greeted by a hot hotel room the terrace on the 10 th floor was nice-- qite dark in the mornings very secure place very small elevators there was no place to set your things down on. The TV ws small and up practically in the ceiling

Great location; adequate hotel. Beds were comfortable but amenities were so scarce as to be invisible. Breakfast was also skimpy.

Perfect location in Rome
This hotel Is in a perfect location. Walkable to everything and sooooo many bars, restaurants and gelato stores nearby. The rooftop terrace is spectacular. The staff was so helpful, we bought wine and snacks and had an evening picnic on the roof and the staff provided plates, glasses and a wine opener. Wonderful trip.

Great hotel, crappy staff
The staff was really rude and didn't clean our room the entire time we stayed there, stating we were in the room every time they came by. This was a blatant lie. The breakfast sucked - there was a cappuccino machine - who wants to choose a cappuccino/latte from a machine when you are in Italy?? It was also too hot to eat breakfast on the roof (barely any shade) and the seagulls are flying above you waiting to swoop down and grab your food, which they did. All of that being said, the hotel is super cool, the rooms are unique and the location is perfect. Keep in mind that no hotel in Italy has an iron so pack accordingly!

Great hotel with beautiful rooftop.
I really liked this hotel. Great location! Around the corner from the Piazza Navona. The rooms are beautifully decorated with style and a sense of humor. Our room had two large closets, and counter space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The beds are a bit hard and small. Wonderful breakfast on the rooftop with spectacular views; delicious baked goods from the bakery next door.
