Property was close to Vatican and very convenient. Owner Max should not be in the hospitality business. A bully who was very uncooperative. Room was dirty, dark with burned out lights and rusty pipes.

Owner got a better price from someone else, so booked us into some other residence and e-mailed us by badly written English on the day of checking in!! Was very disappointed with the service.. we had the booking for six months! On our only trip to Rome!! I would like to contact the owner for compensation for the stress and confusion he caused us standing outside his residence waiting for our room, He did not even show up!

Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué qu’une taxe de séjour de 40€ était a payer sur place. (5€ par nuit et par personne). Hors, lors du Check in, nous avons dû payer 57€. J’ai demandé la raison de prix plus élevé de prévu. Et la personne m’a indiqué que si je ne payais pas, je n’avais pas accès au logement. J’ai donc dû payer. Sans explication. Ensuite, je n’ai pas eu d’instruction d’arrivé, malgré mes messages à ce sujet. J’ai dû appeler l’hôte pour qu’il me donne les instructions. La salle de bain est très petites, la douche est un coup chaude un coup froide. Niveau propreté, la chambre était ok mais la salle de bain n’était pas propre.

Pæne og rene værelser. Morgenmaden skal spises på en cafe tæt på overnatningsstedet. Men den morgenmad som er inkluderet i prisen er kun 1 kop kaffe,1 glas juice,1 pakke tørt toastbrød og 1 croissant. Hvis man ønsker scrambled æg/omelet til morgenmad, koster det ekstra.
