We booked 3 booking for 6 nights and airport pickup located in a quiet area of the old quarter within reasonable walking distance of city and lake and night markets where able to leave most of luggage in the the room while we did 2 day halong bay cruise reasonable price for laundry servive clean rooms with daily service good taxi service to.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and they all speak English well. They upgraded us to a deluxe room for all 3 nights of our stay for no extra charge. We stayed in room 305 which is supposed to be a city view but it actually has a window facing a wall. In my opinion this is better than the rooms with actual city views as you would be facing the very louder busy Hanoi streets. Our room was very well kept and clean with both a/c and hot water, the mattresses are hard but from what I hear that is standard everywhere here. The location is excellent it is only a 10min walk to Hoan Kiem lake and it is pretty much in the centre of the old quarter. Overall our stay was excellent especially for the price.

J'ai envoyé des e-mails à la directrice, Jennie, à plusieurs reprises pour organiser la lettre de visa et le transport depuis l'aéroport, ainsi que des informations sur divers circuits, et j'ai toujours reçu une réponse rapide et efficace.L'enregistrement a été un plaisir avec tout le monde si amical. La jeune dame agréable m'a donné une carte et a indiqué les principaux sites et endroits pour manger. La chambre que nous avons réservée était un deluxe et elle était très agréable. Le Wi-Fi gratuit ainsi que le terminal Internet dans la chambre étaient vraiment pratiques. Le petit-déjeuner, qui était inclus, se composait d'une option chaude et d'un assortiment de pains et de jus - c'était délicieux.Je reviendrais sans hésiter ici lors de mon retour à Hanoï.

What made this hotel exceptional was the staff. When we returned to the hotel from a day out they always had big smiles for us that made us feel welcomed. They were always ready to help us with anything we wanted and spoke good english. I usually book everything from home, but I took a chance and asked Jimmi with booking of a Halong Bay Cruise, hotel in HCMC etc etc and everything turned out great. Halong Bay Cruise with venus Cruise was fantastic (a must when in Vietnam) and Cap Town hotel in HCMC was fantastic as well. Sorry to say that I only got two more names Sully and Angela of the staff, but everyone of them were fantastic. The rooms were fairly good sized with flat screen TV, minibar, safetybox and good sized restroom. The hotel is located in the old quarters within just a few minutes walk to the weekend night market, water puppet show, the old post office, opera etc. Amazing value.

The Hotel is great value: good Location, very friendly staff and a good base for excursions to Ha Long Bay and/or Mai Chau. We returned twice after having spent a night or two on excursions. Nearby street food places are very nice too. There's so much to see in Ha Noi, we've only been in the hotel to sleep.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hanoi-this was our fourth visit. The location, right in the heart of the old quarter, near the lake, water puppet theatre and night market, is ideal for sight seeing. The rooms are large and comfortable, and I love the free internet in your room. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable-we have used their booking service to book tours to Halong Bay, Sapa and this year to Ba Be-and every trip has been exceptional value for money and thoroughly well organized. If you are visiting Hanoi and looking for a great place to stay, this is hotel fits the bill.

I've stayed here during my summer holiday in Hanoi. The hotel's location is awesome. The area is quiet enough for a good sleep with a short distance to the city centre. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful trip to Halong bay thanks to their support. The food here is also one of my favourite ever. Will definitely stay here whenever I am in Hanoi.

We visited this hotel on the recommendation of friends who had stayed there a year ago. We were so glad that we took their advice. The room was comfortable and included an iron and ironing board. Having a mini-fridge was useful too. The staff were excellent; always helpful and friendly and ready with a smile. The location was ideal and we will stay there again if we go back to Hanoi.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed during our trip! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Jim, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. He helped us plan a last-minute cruise to Ha Long Bay and made sure we had everything we needed for the trip. He even exchanged our currency at a great rate, which was super convenient.
