Great stay.. great location, staff so friendly and couldnt do enough, we arrived a little early, but had a show to attend so would miss check in..the hotel very kindly let us store our bags there which was really appreciated. Room was clean and fresh, beds comfy and felt it was a great value for money. The windows are very thin glass, so can hear everything outside, but im assuming thats to do with it being listed etc??so cant get double glazed..so thats not the hotels fault. Breakfast was lovely, with warm and welcoming staff in the morning. Had a great stay for our overnight trip, and will deffo be returning.

The hotel is quaint and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. As you walk in the reception area, you’re greeted to hot beverages, cookies and croissants. The room was cosy and clean. The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, bus stops, train stations and stores. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fruit, juices, cold or hot cereals, and a full English breakfast was superbly prepared by the chef. I advised a staff member that I was checking out early in the morning and she provided a huge bag of fruit juices, packaged croissants and waffles for my early morning journey. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The only “issue” was that I was on the third floor and without an elevator, it was a bit challenging to bring my luggage to and from the room. Would definitely stay again.
