We were less than impressed! Property needs a major renovation/ upgrade. Seems to be in the process of changing franchise to Super 8 from Park Inn by Radisson. Bathroom fixtures are stained, lamp shades were cracked. No facial tissues, shampoo or lotion. NO in room COFFEE MAKER, frig. or microwave. Only one thin blanket. On the positive side: The bath towels were nice and the bed was comfortable. We knew it was only a "2 Star" so weren't expecting a lot, but picked it because it was close to family we were visiting and we're only staying one night. None the less, It barely rated a two star. Surprised for a Radisson associated property.

I arrived at 4pm for check in but their system was down. Front desk asked for phone and said would me once their system was back up so I could check in. Waited until 6pm, no phone call, so drove back to the hotel after about 15 more minutes front desk checked me in. Bed was not very comfortable, some dirt on floors, and the walls. Had to check out 1day earlier than expected, no refund.

Very slow check in process, followed by needing a return trip to office, to have miss programmed key card re-programmed. Room description was 2 queen beds, however it was 2 full beds. The room was perfectly clean, and neighboring guests were quite.

Check in was seamless and front staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bare basics for toiletries (soap only) so bring your shampoo. Beds were fairly comfortable. Edge sleepers will notice the mattress edge. Oberall, the value for the price is spot on!

We were really surprised, it was more of a budget decision but after check in we were happy with our choice. It's a good location not far from Salt Lake City. There's Lorena's Mexican Restaurant and IHOP right next door so it makes it easy to grab a bite to eat as well. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Pet friendly and has a Laundromat on site for convenience.

You got what you paid for. The place needs to be updated. The room they gave us smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We were not able to change the channels on the tv. So we asked for another room. This one was better, it even had a mini fridge. But I don't think we will stay there again.

We drove from another state and when I asked what the earliest I could check in he rudely replied 3pm. If I would’ve known that, I could’ve checked in early by just paying a $30 fee. I totally would’ve done it with two babies, but they didn’t let me know until I had to sign an initial checking in for two days. The showers were cold and a lot of maintenance needed to happen to that room that we stayed in. There was a hole in the door stains in the sink the toilet leaked one of the worst places I’ve stayed at in a long time. We paid for two nights, but we only slept our last night there it was just more convenient to be with family, especially since they don’t have bathtubs for the babies to bathe in. I took pictures of our room just in case they try to charge me for anything that wasn’t from us so I have the proof of the date and time because you never know. Very cheap place and now I see why

Room 217 the door didn’t close all the way you can see light and feel air blowing in. The security latch was about to fall off. Mattress stained. Key card stopped working out last night, had dinner with us, waited 20 min for someone to come back to the office to reprogram card. Room was non smoking, but you had ppl smoking outside their door and on the steps so you had to constantly walk through a cloud of smoke. And with our door not sealing properly it cam into the room.
