Stayed one night at this hotel, which is a part of a bigger hotel - the “guesthouse”part has apartments with kitchens. It does not have an elevator, and I’m not sure whether parking is available at all. The room was quite nice, with a balcony, and very clean. The area around is a typical Lisbon neighborhood, walkable and safe. The subway station is very close by, we did not have any issues taking a subway with the luggage.

The staff was very helpful while at the hotel and after leaving I forgot a piece of luggage in a taxi, the young lady on shift at the reception desk that morning was instrumental in helping me reclaim my item from the taxi company. Great location and staff!

I always try to ask if there is an elevator available, and was answered in the affirmative. However, when we checked in, we were directed to an area of the hotel that did not have an elevator. My 2 friends had large suitcases, and even without the luggage, the steps were a challenge. Quite a disappointment.

Lovely property, easily reached using the excellent transport network . Some people may consider the surrounding area a bit on the 'rough' side, but we had no issues...visited a couple of nearby restaurants which were also very good
