This is not a hotel, its a man's house/property. He shares his rooms and calls it a "hotel", when in fact it's more like an airbnb.

I am a regular traveller due to work. This room has a great view and location if you want to visit St. Peter and the Vatican museum. It is a good size (this particular room) and has an electric hob. My stay could be characterised as simply a disaster. The room is in a large estate that is being renovated. The situation is so bad that it raises Health and Safety issues which I hope Expedia can address. The main entranced is blocked due to the work being carried out and outside the room and across the building there are workers and a lot of noice. In short, this is a building side! To top this up the internet connection kept dropping and for 2 days I had to pay for mobile data.
A permanent feature of the room is that it is above a club/ restaurant that plays music which you can enjoy until past midnight.
The owner, Luca, is very responsive and tries to help as much as he can. However, he did not accept my point that the room must state that it is in a building side so that we can make an informed decision.

GREAT location, kind staff, and strong water pressure in the shower (noting because my friends staying in other locations in Rome had issues with this).
If you are someone who needs quiet, you should bring earplugs (because you can hear the noise from the street); I had no issues with this.
In short, the stay was better than I expected, I would stay again, and I would recommend to others.

Great View and Location
Overall, great location that is next to plenty of restaurants and Vatican City. The view outside of the window was amazing. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which made our stay in Rome an enjoyable experience. Does get little bit noisy from just the normal city life outside the window, but it should be expected.

Very close to Vatican and you actually see the dome in your room. Everything you will need is close to the area. Martina is also the best! She responds quickly to questions and give you recommendations and was able to set up transportation to and from the airport! I Highly recommend!

Less than 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and with a bus stop right outside the door taking us into the centre of Rome, this property couldn't have been better. Very spacious and modern; excellent communication and help from Luca - we would happily stay here again. Was on a 4 day trip with my elderly mum and it really suited our needs. Great value for money. Thank you Luca for such a pleasant place to stay.

Great stay for the price.
For the price the room was actually very modern and sleek. From the outside you can’t tell that it’s a hotel but the inside is exactly the space that we need. The only unfortunate thing is that the hot water is very limited (we are a family of 3) and the wi-if though free was not reliable during the evening hours. But the room itself was impeccably clean and newly renovated. Also Martina was extremely nice and accommodating while keeping in communicating with us through text. The hotel is literally across the street from the Vatican which was super convenient as well.

Achter het Vaticaan. 10 min naar metro of 10 min lopen naar de oude stad. Keurig en nieuw. Kamer aan de achterkant is lekker rustig. Aanrader. Marina en Luca hebben de boel prima voor elkaar.

A very well presented and decorated property. Its location and price were fantastic. The room we were given overlooked St Peters, (as the name suggests) and the location was brillaint for the vatican and over attractions around rome.
I really can not fault the staff or room really pleasant stay and very helpful.

This apartment is within a few hundred meters of St Peters square, has a variety of cafeteria / restaurants beside it, well served by bus routes ( bus stop outside front door). The apartment my wife and stayed in was very clean and well maintained , queen size bed , loads of storage space , safe for any valuables, large bathroom , aircon, tv. The only negative I had was the lack of signage both outside and inside made it hard to find when we first arrived. All said we had lovely time and hopefully will return someday soon.

Excellent!!! Near St Peter Square and places o eat
We arrived before 8a.m. and Luca left the key for us. We left our luggage and he put it inside the room. When we arrive, the room key was there. It was clean. Bus and metro station are near. The view of the Basilica is really beautiful in front it. Nice place to stay!
