We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. They were always welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist with anything we needed. The staff were especially helpful with arranging and calling taxis for us, which made getting around Rome and traveling with our luggage so much easier and stress-free. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, coffee great. My only complaint is they no longer have a food menu in the rooftop bar. It is still advertised online. I stayed last year and that was a huge point of us staying again. After a day of site seeing having a drink and a caprese salad was the best. We were disappointed nothing was offered. For general information the elevator is not handicap friendly. I injured my knee on holiday and rented a wheelchair. It did not fit open in the elevator. The tub was difficult to get in and out. Since I injured myself on my holiday I had booked the room far in advance I did not ask for a handicap room. I am not sure if they offer this.

Loved it! Third time staying at this property and each time is awesome ! Staff and location are perfect, breakfast is good as well and they are always happy to help. The property also has a luggage storage if you are flying late and the distance to the Vatican is only minutes walk !! If you want to stay close to the Vatican this is your best choice !

The staff were friendly and helpful. Andrea was fabulous helping with directions and subway stops. The room was clean. The location is absolutely perfect with a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. The train stop Roma S. Pietro is a 5 minute walk. There is a small local market right past the train station on the way to the hotel. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the Vatican Dome, and great drinks, light food. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious! Coffee was great. I will definitely stay again during my next trip.

Walkable distance from the Vatican City and other sites. Great for the views over the dome of St Peter's. Room was spacious and well laid out. We had an issue with water from our air conditioning which didn't get resolved and there was obviously an issue with water in the bathroom because the door surrounds was rotten. The shower was the only let down for me as it was a tiny square cubical that was hard to move in.

This hotel was by far one my favorites while I was in Italy. The reason was because of the amazing staff that were the most loveliest and went above and beyond for me and my mother who has a lot of issues with her health. From the front desk Guilio, Andrea, Nancy, Alessandro, and Gideon. Also, the great people from the kitchen and bar, Gabriel, Sabita, Bozema, Elisa, Mazmud, and Careolta. In addition to all the cleaning staff who made that place and our room always look impecable. I want thank everyone from Fragrance for making my and my mom’s experience in Rome amazing. We love you guys!

We had a great time in Rome and the Fragrance hotel was a good base. We had 2 connecting rooms which was perfect for our family and each room was a good size with nice bathrooms. The staff were really friendly and it was a bonus to be able to have a reserved parking space for our stay (charged at €15 a night). The hotel is a 7 min walk to St Peter’s Basillica and Vatican City with easy walkable access to central Rome. It was ideal and at a reasonable cost. There were a few tiny things that stopped me giving a 5, the AC in our rooms was great but really noisey, there wasn’t a mirror in the room, only the bathroom (small thing I know!) and the bar was massively overpriced and not open every night. Breakfast was ok, good selection with amazing views but a few blinds would be good as it was sometimes hard to see because of the sun. Other than those minor things, all was really good and we would recommend.

Convenient location, with walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy etc. Cleanliness needs improvement. A dirty towel was lying on the ground in the public staircase early in the morning, and it was still there when we returned late in the afternoon. We also did not get room cleaning and the towels we left on the floor were not replaced. We were asked around 2:00 pm if we wanted room cleaning. When we said yes, they said actually that's not possible because the cleaning staff are almost done their shift.
