Convenient hotel by the termini train station. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. central location. Very nice staff. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist who gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and bakeries. They were services minded and we were able to get a late check-out. Free coffee in the reception, lounge area and luggage storage.

We are a couple from US. Hotel Ciao was clean, sheets were crisp and white, room was large, staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was extremely convenient 1 block from train, metro and bus station. Nearby dining opportunities were plentiful, good and well priced. We will stay at Hotel Ciao again next time we go to Rome.

Hotel Ciao was right in the heart of Rome. Everything is close by within walking distance from dining, shopping and also the main attractions.

Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. I recommend this place and I would love to come back! Well done! Thanks.

The place is charming. It isn't the ideal location period literally looks at the train station and it's convenient to grocery store shops. I mean, of course, the train station is full of shops. Is like a shopping mall. So everything designer and good restaurants are right there. And the people that.
Run, the place are fabulous. They're so nice and so caring. And so understanding and so polite.I love that just genuinely humbling kind people. I loved it.The place is not fancy But it's perfect. It's very homey , it feels like a place you could stay for A long time and it feels very nostalgic.

This hotel served me well. Rooms are small but fine for the price. The location did not feel as bad to me as others say. There are now more police and security there than homeless people. Still, visitors will spend most of the time away from the area and the buses and metro make the rest of Rome accessible. Service was friendly and the no problems.

A good simple "base camp" for the traveler who just needs somewhere to rest and recuperate after a long day's exploring. It's clean, has good internet, and the location across from the central terminal could not be more convenient. Also, the staff was all very cordial and helpful. It's not fancy, but I liked it. recommended.

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend! It has a good location next to Termini station, making getting to and from the airport easy as we did not need to lug our suitcases around Rome. Rooms come with a fridge and safe which are included in the brilliant booking. Air con was marvellous, especially coming in from walking around all day! The hotel staff were wonderful and so friendly, helped us with key information about Rome and gave us recommendations. Could not recommend it anymore.

It is a good optioon for a quick stay in Rome, but it is not luxury at all. Termini area is sketchy at night, so be careful. Nothing bad happened to me, but just be safe. Its price is unbeatble, tho

Our hotel Ciao experience was very good. We were greeted and welcomed in such a lovely manner! Our room was spacious and clean. As was our bathroom. It felt safe and was quiet for the duration of our stay. Being across from the Roma Termini was so helpful and the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our day in Rome. Our vouchers for a traditional Italian breakfast were very much appreciated and the dinner recommendations and reservations were excellent! The property may only be one star - but the staff are five stars for sure!!! Would definitely recommend for the budget conscious traveler.

Hosts were very friendly and the housekeeping is excellent.
The beds were comfortable and the location is convenient.
It is not the fault of the place that the Italian government is so inept they can't manage trash and homelessness near the train station. The area is FILTHY, garbage and human waste all over the streets. There are homeless people screaming outside the building almost all day and all night long.
