The worst place
My experience at this place was awful. The staff handling reservations was poorly informed. I arrived with receipts in hand, showing my reservation, but was told I wasn’t in their system and was instructed to contact Hotels.com. I was left waiting outside in the cold for 35 minutes with no response. The man who assists the owner was incredibly rude. My son and I ended up leaving and booking a room at a different hotel, which turned out to be a much better choice. I will never be booking here again.

New and improved.
I thought this jewel had vanished as there were few listings for rooms. It turns out the building is under renovation. The room I rented has new tile and electrial recepticles and switch. The bathroom has a new modern shower which worked wonderfully. The bed is the same original one which I like. Not all rooms have microwave ovens or refrigerators so one would need to request that. I didn't need those. All said, a pleasant stay !

Not bad
The man working last night took a long time to let me in, and was very dismissive. The cleaning lady in the morning also had a very strong Chinese accent, and so I had to continually ask her to repeat what she said.
It was very clean and quiet, towels included!

Night on the town
Another weekend at the music venues. I had a basement room so sleeping in is easy and there are two bathrooms on the floor so no problem sharing ! A warm shower and I'm ready for my ( 6am !) job downtown !

Comfortable room
I was invited to a music venue and needed a place in downtown Toronto for the weekend. This is located just north of Queen Street and there are many food places within five minutes walking. A great value that leaves more money for fun !

Location is good but cleanliness is really not up to par, the first bed sheet had a red stain on it so I asked the bedsheet to be changed, the provided blanket had long hairs on it (I have a shaved head), and after sleeping on the bed using the provided blanket my shirt was covered in lint and what looked like cat hairs.

Was a good stay, the staff were accomodating, but were sometimes difficult to reach.
Other than the leaking ceiling in the bathroom, my room was clean with fresh bedsheets, towels, shampoo etc

Property is in Chinatown. We only stayed overnight for the Eras tour. Walking distance to Rogers Centre and restaurants. Nothing to expect much if you just need a decent place to sleep. Location's good, room is clean. They charge extra for early check-in.

We ended up leaving in middle of night. We were getting something out of our car (which we had to park in an alley) and a man asked if we were lost & then said he assumed so cause you never see families I. This area- ever. My kids were scared after this and the door only had a cheap lock that could easily be pushed in.

It’s a great place to stay for events at Roger’s Center. It’s a quick 20 minute walk. Quick walk down town as well! The house across the street is boarded up, but this place is secure and clean! The owner was kind and sweet and amazing for checking in! I highly recommend this place!
