The check in was smooth and Marco was very helpful with questions I had. Loved that there is one bus stop right outside that takes you to the Colosseum, and other nearby attractions. The room was as described and there's a breakfast and pizza place only steps away.

This is actually a very good hotel; it just missed an excellent rating if the mattress on the bed were better. The hotel is very charming and quaint. They provided breakfast delivered to your room daily. There were shops and restaurants in the area, which made it convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good stay!

Great location in the Prati neighborhood. Amenities within a two-block radius include numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. Easy access to river and major points of access into central Rome. Vatican and Castle St. Angelo within easy walking distance. Near bus route to FCO but arrangements for private transport to airport were readily made by staff at our request.

The hotel is safe and in a great location. Communication leading up to the trip was prompt and accommodating. Upon arrival the woman who checked us in was kind knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the accommodations.

Everything about the stay was great apart from the Breakfast timings. Day 1 we didn't get breakfast because it hadn't arrived 30 minutes after it had been booked for and we had to leave for the day before it was ready. Days 2 - 4 it arrived increasingly earlier than ordered so that by Day 4 it was delivered 30 minutes before we had asked for it. The breakfast itself was good.
Everything else was great: location was perfect with a bus stop right outside and a metro station just 6 or 7 minutes away. Housekeeping was attentive, and Marco was very helpful with straightforward check-in and check-out.

Town House 62 was very easy to walk to from the Lepanto metro stop. Be aware the rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is a lift to use (wish this had been pointed out prior to our arrival). The room was clean however is in need of an update, and being on a main road could get noisy (due to single glazed windows) There was a bottle of wine on arrival and I have to say all the staff were very friendly & accommodating!
The air con was amazing, so nice to come back to a cool room (heatwave when we were there!)
The area around felt very safe & and Morrisons Irish bar was just around the corner for a nightcap.
Great location to get to all the sights of Rome - we mainly walked but having the metro nearby is great.
Would stay again for the location & great staff!!

My sister and I really enjoyed our time here in the townhouse. Perfect central location for Rome, whilst being in more of the suburban area so less traffic was very nice. Also, only a few minutes walk from the metro, which made getting around very convenient.
The staff were lovely and very informative. The place was easy to find and very comfortable, would definitely recommend.
Air con was a god send as the temperature was 40C for our stay.

Hotels location is great, very easy to get around by bus, metro or walking and nice area at night (feels safe) The owner very welcoming and helpful, all our requests where met. We liked the room size & the bed was comfortable. The room does feel tired and needs a freshen as there are marks on the walls, skirting is deteriorating & bathroom needs an overhaul, this didn’t spoil our stay but is worth noting.
