They upgraded my room due to sewer smell in bathroom plumbing in the first room that I was in. They also gave a complimentary bottle of wine when I first checked in. This is actually a very good hotel; it just missed an excellent rating if the mattress on the bed were better. The hotel is very charming and quaint. They provided breakfast delivered to your room daily. There were shops and restaurants in the area, which made it convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good stay!

Great location in the Prati neighborhood. Amenities within a two-block radius include numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. Easy access to river and major points of access into central Rome. Vatican and Castle St. Angelo within easy walking distance. Near bus route to FCO but arrangements for private transport to airport were readily made by staff at our request.

Fantastic place to stay

The hosts were friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage and personal items with them after we checked out to explore more of Rome. Very safe area and walkable to everything (usually 20 minutes to everywhere). The room was a piece of heaven after a long day of touring.
