Stay somewhere else.Did you pay for these drinks
The hotel it looks like it needs a repet or remodel. cushions on the furniture we're gone. They refilled the water bottles.They were not brand new. Made you wonder which other corners they were cutting to save money. I have stayed there before and I noticed they decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. I am sorry.I am not staying there again.I'm very disappointed. The help staff was wonderful. Very courteous and kind and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We felt very safe. And I enjoyed our stay, but the hotel obviously.Has taken a beat in with maintenance. I feel very sad for the owner of the hotel.That needs a better manager.

This hotel is absolutely need to clean. Carpet is super dirty. The advertised pictures are unreal. Workout room is unclean and no A.C. VERY UNCLEAN. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Staff are friendly, but Expedia didn't communicate and solve the issue. I contacted Expedia after we booked to cancel one day early but they said they couldn't communicate with the hotel, when i showed up at the hotel, the staff said they couldn't contact Expedia. What's wrong?

I liked the hotel however my room was on the 11th floor just under the gym and was very noisy with constant banging from the gym equipment. I think this probably only affected the room I was in. If staying longer I would have asked to be moved. Other than that the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

We were given an upgrade to our booking on arrival so extremely pleased. The downside, as with many larger hotels is the staff. The staff at breakfast looked as if they didn't want to be there and more interested in talking to each other rather than replenishing the food. Choice of food was good if it was there. The information stated that there 2 bars. The sky bar was out if action and the other was a coffee bar.

Some of the staff are not friendly, maybe they are frustrated of serving people from China? When I checked out, front desk lady asked me about a pair of the cheap indoor slipper then I realized they even reuse it, that's disgusting although she did say they would clean it before giving it to the next guest.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is so amazing, great service by hotel staffs; all of them are very nice. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location wise, walking distance to night market, beach and easy to search for food. Mud bath which the hotel offer is great. We are so enjoyed staying in Galina Nha Trang.

Overpriced and felt like a hotel in Moscow!
Nice location, but room and amenities offered do not match the room rate. I've been traveling to Vietnam for 10 years and based on the room rate, I expected to get a lot. However, my room had no internet and had to constantly go back down to the lobby to get on the internet. The hotels hallways has no A/C, so I continued to sweat until I got to my hotel. The pool was green and had seating only enough for 3 or 4 people. Fitness room was a joke! From my hotel room window, I could see the Novotel Hotel, which is where I should have stayed. Definitely one of the most overpriced hotels I've stayed at. Paid over $100 a night and couldn't get internet in my room, due to the weak WiFi service on the 11th floor. Only plus I would give the hotel is that the breakfast was pretty decent and offered a wide variety. Nha Trang is definitely crowded with Russians and hotel itself reminded me of hotels I've stayed at in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Definitely would not stay there again, when in Nha Trang.

Meh, They Tried.
Very much an "okay" experience. Some of the hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly, others seemed beleaguered by the waves upon waves of Western (mainly Russian) tourists coming in and out of the hotel. My first room had a stain on the bed, non-existant wifi signal, and was right next to construction. They happily moved me to another room, albeit not as "premium" as I had purchased. The new room was clean enough, and the staff were very accommodating. The spa packages are very mediocre, and you have to spend premium money to get a massage without a bunch of other tourists (See: more Russians) in the room. By the elevators on top of the No Smoking signs were freshly smoked cigarette butts, though I can't really blame the hotel for their renegade clientele. I had amazing experiences throughout Vietnam at hotels with less stars and for a lower price, though I felt that way about all of Nha Trang so I may be biased. For their part, the hotel definitely did a good job at trying to accomodate, and I hate to belittle their attempts, but I have to be honest: I didn't have the greatest experience at this hotel. The location is pretty great and by the second room I had a fantastic view of the beach. My friend had a similar experience at his "four-star hotel" so maybe it's just Nha Trang?
