Water didn’t drains fast enough made a huge flood in the bathroom, springs mattress with thin top make my back hurt so much, felt suffocate due to little space, didn’t serve free breakfast like they advertised. Phone line doesn’t work, no iron.

This hotel is in a great location, down a lane way off the main road. It is an easy walk to the markets and there is always something to look at in the parks across the road. Plenty of good eating places just outside the door. The rooms are not large but they have good air conditioning and TV. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always friendly and attended to any requests quickly and with a smile.

Letztendlich ganz gut
Reservierung war nicht vorhanden und Hotel voll, war dann in einem anderen Hotel, das bezahlt wurde. Danach war alles ok, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer sauber, alles hat funktioniert.

We arrived early from a night bus and the hotel offered to let us Check in early on the condition we payed for an extra half a day which we were quoted as $11. We were all so tired we agreed to this. On checkout we were charged $14 and it took a lot for them to budge on this. I had to speak to the elusive manager twice on the phone and she didn't believe we'd been quoted $11. Isn't the customer always right?! Also my friend was charged 4kg for her washing when it actually only weighed 3kg. I wouldn't go so far as to say the hotel was trying to rip us off but they need to sort out their customer service (manager not staff) the security guard was the nicest member we encountered during our stay there.
Room was average - quite noisy at night but to be expected. Air con was fab and shower was a good pressure!

Really good hotel for the money. Location was excellent and staff were really helpful also! Recommend to anyone on a budget that wants to be in a great location.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location
We stayed here for two nights over New Years and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with free wifi and cable TV. The hotel is located in the backpacker area so there were loads of great restaurants around and all of the main sites are easy to walk to or a short taxi ride away.
