I was charged a residence fee and a resort which includes water bottle which is not even high end and we bought our own water, shoe shine which I never care for, NY TIME ON internet, I have my own news, fitness- I didn’t go to hotel for fitness, and unlimited calls? I’m deaf and their phone system doesn’t work for me. I use videophone. Don’t book through hotels, their app is nonfuctional, how can we book something and it doesn’t show up on the app?! don’t book through hotels.

Long Weekend in New York

The property is definitely upgraded with nice rooms. The cleaning staff was nice ane helpful. The concierge and bellstaff were also great. Conveniently located to Times Square and Broadway. My only advice would be to add more check-in / check-out staff at the peak periods.

Constructions fumes were horrible!

The hotel was doing some remodeling on our floor and the fumes that were coming through to our room were horrible. Luckily we weren’t in the room much, but when we came back to sleep it was very hard to sleep with the fumes and the headache I know have from it.
