The food was only catered for the Turkish. There was no English food eg chips, bacon, sausages, pizza, nuggets. All it consisted of was salad, eggs and chicken. The drinks was very limited as well , all they had was one draft beer, gin and vodka.

لم تكن الاقامة في الفندق بالمستوى المعلن عنه حيث ان الفندق يبعد كثيرا عن مركز المدينة اضافة الى عدم تنوع وجبات الطعام لا سيما الفطور وافتقارها للجودة وافتقار طاقم الخدمة في المطعم الى اللياقة وحسن التعامل مع الزبائن وعدم تجهيز ساحة التنس وخدمة الواي فاي سيئة رغم كونها غير مجانية

Maten var under enhver kritikk og det samme var rutinene rundt hvordan man håndterte maten. En i reisefølge ble såpass dårlig av maten at det førte til sykehusinnleggelse og derpå kraftig amputert ferie. Opplegg rundt underholding var også dårlig og det ble stort sett kun snakket tyrkisk eller russsisk på hotellet. Det var en person på hotellet som snakket godt engelsk, og det var han som styrte kiosken. Han gjorde sitt aller beste for at gjestene skulle ha et godt opphold og utførte en strålende jobb. Det var han som hjalp oss når en i reisefølge måtte på sykehus. Flott Basseng selv om det var noe slitt, og den private stranden var også hyggelig. Men alt i alt er det stryk karakter på dette hotellet. Føler at vi ikke var fått det vi har betalt for

Otel çok eski ve odamda yuvarlak tek kullanımlık sabunlardan 3 tane üst üste kullanılmış olarak duruyordu. Yeni sabun yoktu. Şaşm Balkondaki sandalye kırıktı, Denizde çok fazla taş var, hatta kaya demek gerekiyor, arkadaşım dalga etkisiyle denizdeki kayada sürüklendi ve ayakları 2 yerden kanadı ve her tarafı çizildi.
