The few nights i stayed overall the room is cleaned wifi was good on point. I was also upgraded to a studio room, fully equipped with fridge stove and microwave .The staff are also helpful. My get to go place since 2012. But now more upgraded with the new management.

It was a bit hard to find but very comfortable. I would reccomend staying here. I booked for someone who just needed a night stay, so there was no interaction with staff. Just make sure you follow check in and out times, or you wont see staff. Although we checked in after hours we were able to get in.

Arrived late takes awhile for someone to open the gate. The unit is spacious but when we arrived there was 2 big cockroach in the kitchen also a lizard on the dining table so i was very disappointed. But i always like it here my 4th time but never encountered that experience before . I guess the unit was not sprayed

When I arrived, there was confusion as to my reservation and they said they actually don’t have a room prepared but they can put me somewhere in a room above someone else. When we entered, there were no linen or towels - just the mattress with dirty mattress cover and dirty pillows with no pillow cases and the entire room was very dirty.
A while later someone from the establishment delivered one sheet (no pillow cases) and a towel. The sheet had brown stains on them.
There was no soap in the very dirty shower.

The property is not well kept, the bushes need to be trimmed, the pool was dirty, the property seems to be closed up for the whole pandemic, it had a old smell, the place was ants infested and the windows was hard to open.

Gently used property, but very comfortable and great staff. It is not a 5 star , but the space is large, the pool is clean, and it is very well located, has bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen and living room downstairs. It is a 5 minute walk to a shopping center with food court and supermarket.
