Third time was not a charm.

The room was very small. We have stayed at this Hotel 2 other times and those rooms were MUCH BIGGER .. so I was disappointed. The only window ( in this small room), which is big due to the original design as a Sanitarium ( lots of light) had a malfunctioning cloth blind so we couldn’t put it up..not happy about that. They said they had one on order. The hot pool was lovely as USUAL.

We weren’t able to check in at 3 pm as promised. We had to wait for an hour for our room to be cleaned. We paid extra for a room with a fireplace and it didn’t work. We told the lady at the desk and she said yeah, that one doesn’t work and I don’t have another room to move you to.
