After reading previous reviews my expectations were not high, so I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. Large, clean room with everything needed for the couple of nights we stayed. Be aware, there is NO lift and unfortunately we were on the top floor (3rd). Not an easy task when in mid 60's and have 2 20kg suitcases. Security to gain access to complex and building was great so even though there may have been unsavoury characters around we felt safe inside.

Not great. Decent sized room but for £75 a night I was not impressed. Bathroom was a bit grim. Kitchen didn’t even have 2 of things needed (like plates or bowls or knives!! The area it was in felt a bit intimidating too. I appreciate it’s near the station.

The toilet was constantly running with a trickle of water and wouldn't flush. It also had a broken seat. The wifi didn't work. No hand soap provided. No kettle, despite having a photo of one in the room we'd booked. Noisy despite claiming to have soundproofed walls. The room was dark, with poor lighting. The access information was not clear, and the area wasn't safe at night. Location was good for train/bus transport near the main station but not near the tourist areas or the city centre.

The location is not the best. The room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The bathrooms is ok although the shower need some maintenance. The staff when we check in was not very friendly, however the staff when we check out much nicer. The biggest downside of this place is the location, not the best and lots of street vendors close by so it doesn’t give a safe vibe.

The hotel is located in an unbeatable location, just a block away from Termini, which is really useful for public transportation and airport transfer. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean, rooms were cleaned everyday. The neighborhood is not the nicest in Rome, but it is the price to pay to be close to the terminal. It is a really good property to stay for a few days.

This was an awful place to stay. Very convenient location for the train station, but it was very dirty, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the bed was hard, and the kitchenette had bugs all over it. You never see anyone. Someone gets in touch with you to give you codes to get into place. No elevator. Cleanliness good. Huge room. All amenities. Big problem in getting out though. Electronic gate has no switch I could find to activate lock. Played with an electric wire hanging down to make the unlock work. Breakfast is about a block away from room. Was good, but a tad incovenient.
