I really liked how spacious it all was, it wasn’t just this tiny room.
The water temps and pressure were hit and miss. And there wasn’t much airflow, as the portable fan in the main room was broken.

Mostly the property is good, suits our needs. Only complaint is front bedrooms face road, really need some kind of sound proofing to lower car noise of a night. If this was done then this property would be five star.

Service is good. Clean and spacious. Only uncomfortable issue is during summer the 3 rooms are hot. Can’t open windows as it is close to an extremely busy street. The noise is rather bad for light sleepers.

Good location but noisy
We stayed for a weekend and while it was close to our venues it was extremely noisy due to traffic (can’t be helped we know). There were a couple of cockroaches including on a bed. The size was great and there was plenty of room for six.

Well located apartment.
Good sized apartment with full cooking and cleaning facilities. Easily accommodated our large family.
Great location close to the city centre and across the road from a hip pub.
Slight hiccup getting access but easily solved over the phone - there is a key drop and no reception.
Only issue is the traffic noise. Two bedrooms overlook the road and the windows are very poor at blocking sound. Could hear every car passing on a reasonably busy road.
But great value for the size and location. Would stay there again when taking the family as the budget and size work.

Never again!
Huge apartment with everything we needed however, the hot plate wouldn’t turn off, only the lounge had cooling and the bedrooms were like a sauna as there was one portable fan to share between three rooms, the toilet in the ensuite leaked, couldn’t lock the security door, one of the beds had not been changed and the pillows and sheets were filthy and the traffic and pub across the road were so loud that on one slept for the 3 nights .
We were forced to all crash in the lounge! it was the worst place I had ever stayed!

Spacious apartment
Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment, but lacking air con or fans in the bedrooms and no wi-fi was a pain. We also had to take the tele down off the wall and adjust the wiring to get it to work which was a hassle. Well equipped though, very clean and nicely decorated.

Spacious with good location
This could so easily have been a 4.5 rating experience except for the lack of Air Conditioning (or even ceiling fans) in the bedrooms.
I would happily stay here again in the cooler months, but not over the hotter ones.
Its a nice, modern, spacious unit which would be great for a family stay when in New Castle - as long as its not hot.
One other thing to be aware of. There are no staff or reception facilities on site. You access your room keys and garage remote from a SMS code on arrival.
For most people like us this is fine, but if you are looking for room service and such, then this is probably not for you.

Spacious, wel- equiped 2 bedroom apartment
We booked the apartment for a family of four travelling from interstate and needed good cooking facilities to prepare Christmas lunch to take to our family celebration. The electric convection oven and cook top were ideal and there were plenty of saucepans and utensils to make the job easy. The bedrooms were comfortable, but we needed the fans to help circulate the cool air from the loungeroom airconditioner to cool the rooms. Very secure entry and free, secure undercover parking.

Great hotel. Very central.
Clean. Comfortable. Not real king bed, two singles pushed together. Very very spacious. Excellent for families. Full kitchen and laundry. Excellent facilities. Have stayed here twice. Excellent value and close to everything. Quiet. Cannot hear traffic even though on main road.

Central to everything we needed
Everything was as advertised and overall we were very happy. My only concern was not having someone on the premises in case of emergency eg an elevator malfunction. I know help can be as close as a phone call but I'm from the older generation and still like the personal touch.

No reception.
No parking out front or on side streets. So stopping your car, getting through the password protected door, getting Ito your mailbox, getting your door key and garage zapper, returning to your car and entering the garage is difficult. I gave up and cancelled my recreation.

Nice hotel, good location
The hotel was in a good location, great pub across the road. The ironing board was broken but other than that the room was great. Plenty of tea and coffee to last us the 3 days with 6 guests. Great sized room and handy that we had two bathrooms. Would recommend for the price

Our family stayed here after our son/brothers wedding. It was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are very affordable.Thank you for a lovely stay
