The hotel is relative old. It is isolated from the city. The transportation is not convenient. Particularly, during winter period, the trees are no leave and everything felt not attractive.

Real nice place to stay and relax !
Overall, hotel services and hotel staff are very very good. Only one thing we found was: Most of the Hotel staff and emplloyee are lacking of communication skill, especially in English language..not only at Jinci International Hotel in Taiyuan but everywhere in China, even everywhere in Beijing at 5 Star hotels also. Jinci was far out of the Downtown Taiyuan, we was totally surprised on the Taxi trip to Jinci Hotel when we arrived Taiyuan at 12.30am in the morning.Anyhow, in the morning we all so happy and relax because the Hotel and surrounding areas are so so beautiful and truly a world class resort ...very nice place for whole family went for a walk around the Park next to Hotel .For me it was a special treats and can't wait to go back there again .
