Picturesque hotel with some things to improve

Staff was very polite and nice, breakfast was very good. There is some entertainment so that was appreciated, like cooking classes and music at night for free. However, given the drought, the water service is not 24 hrs, internet service is intermittent, and there is no ventilation in the rooms. Depending on your room, there is a lot of noise given the location of the hotel facing a busy street, this was our case and it was difficult to sleep. But it is very picturesque and location is centric.

Poor Service Desk Skills

Good location, terrible service. Airport transfer was initially offered, however we didn’t need it for our arrival. When requesting for our departure, we were told it was inbound only. The service desk representatives were not friendly either upon check in, or during check out, when very early in the morning (5am, not yet light out), we were told to move out the door. Thankfully our Uber driver was extremely punctual and up just in time.

Staff was so nice and accommodating. Super clean. The property was super beautiful and live music every night. Buffet breakfast was very good as well Surrounding area was a bit noisy due to traffic but not bad enough to hear inside hotel. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

It is a very cozy and comfortable hotel. They provide free airport pick up and lots of fun and free programs such as cooking class and live music. The breakfast is simple but fantastic. There is a cook prepare omelette. You can also brew your own herbal tea.
