Sea Esta is a motel that “is what it is”. Over the years I stayed at the “other Se Esta” hotels on the beach. In the past, I got a cheap room that was acceptable for weekend stays at the beach.
I wanted to stay away from the beach, but at the shore, so based on the past, I thought Sea Esta would be good.
Rooms were clean and pleasant.
HOWEVER…. The drug dealer next door played heavy metal music all night long. His buddies were outside in their dodge ram truck for over 24 hours, with their car stereo booming all night long, AND the riff-raff “customers” made it obvious that there was illegal activity going on.
I had a multi night visit booked, but after one night, I complained, I checked out, as there was NO WAY I was gonna do another night there.
I complained to the front desk, and the lady was VERY nice and apologetic. But didn’t have any authority to do anything other than apologize.
Never heard anything more from the management.
