Weekend getaway
We were staying at the south tower, least busy for the elevators but our room was on the first floor and the clean dishes room was very close. We can hear during the night cart with dishes and people talking. Not very quiet. Buffet Vela for breakfast had a good selection and homemade omelettes. We want to the steakhouse and it was good the sushi restaurant took them 1:30 to get served. Nice private beach and activities in the pool during the day.

Overall we had a great time
We had a mixed feeling about our stay but overall, we both came to a conclusion that we had a good stay. The main reason for a 4 star review (rather than a 3 star or 2 star), is the staff. I am amazed by how the hotel can have so many hard working individuals that always have smiles on their faces and everyone was trying hard to provide good services. From the receptionists, to people working in the restaurants and to the entertainment team, everyone is so lovely to deal with. Thank you so much to all. Food is the next that we liked about. Although there are not much options (limited restaurants and very limited ingredients- nothing fancy), but we must say that the food provided was decent. Room however is a different story. Everything in the room shown wear-and-tear. It more feels like a 2 star in Canada but not a 4-5 star that we used to see in all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. It's very humid there so the smell was bad as well. Pillow and bed gave me pain on my back and my neck daily after woke up. Lastly, property is very small. It's different than many other all inclusive resorts in Mexico where you can have very long walks within the property and get surrounded by beautiful plants. They have none ( just two swimming pools on the main floor). All in all, if you don't plan on staying in your room for too long of a time and that you find a good deal when booking, you will enjoy your stay.

Gorgeous location
The views are amazing. I think we saw whales go by the hotel daily. All rooms face the ocean and the sound of the waves put me to sleep each night. The staff were all very friendly and seem to really want to be sure you have a nice time.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four. All of the restaurants were great, especially the Steak and Asian restaurant. The buffet had great options for breakfast as well and the two taco trucks by the beach had excellent food with burgers, fresh fruit, guacamole and chips. Cocomar was also fantastic for lunch with fresh tacos and seafood ceviches. Our room was decent and clean and had a good view with lots of whale watching. My youngest daughter did the crafts everyday and the staff Hugo, Maxmillian and Layla were great and they came up with some unique crafts that came home with us as souvenirs. The beach was beautiful with it being coved so the waters were safe and tame. The only thing I would say is that the sun didn't come to the beach and pool area until about noon - 1 pm so if you wanted full sun everyday you wouldn't get it. This may have just been the time of year we went though as well. Overall it was more than what we expected.

The staff is exceptional, with only a few individuals offering merely standard service, and I prefer not to name them. The majority, however, are commendable. My primary concern lies with the food, which falls significantly short of expectations. While some dishes, such as the Aguachile Verde, are excellent, the buffet and room service are lacking. The portion sizes are notably small, so don't anticipate generous servings. The room itself was satisfactory, though it did have a musty smell.

We just stayed almost two weeks at this property and had a wonderful trip! Cheers to Christian and Alfredo at the beach for making sure my drink was always full! Hugo kept the party going at the pool with games and blackjack. Maxal was our favorite dinner spot and shout out to Gabriel for being so amazing! For lunch, you can't beat Cocomar, Aaron their chef, made me the most delicious lobster I've ever had! And the best service of all goes to Mario also at Cocomar. He was so friendly and funny, kept us all laughing and having a great time! Also he had great tequila recommendations, we tried one of their best sipping tequilas, definitely worth it! The amenities are wonderful but it's the staff that really makes it a once in a lifetime trip! Thanks to you all and we'll definitely be back :)

Hilton was great ! We booked a partial ocean view room, got a room with two coconut trees blocking an otherwise clear ocean view. It was on first floor, so just one hop down to the beach / pool. They had good shows and good kids activities. My kid loved she was in 2 key chain building classes during our stay . Next the food : there are reviews online that the food isn't great. That's simply not true. We have visited all inclusive places in Cancun and I found the restaurants (we tried Mexican / Italian / seafood / asian) to be excellent ! Maybe the choices in the buffet are not like huge ? But that's hardly a problem, what they have is amazing ! It's an easy Uber ride to many local destinations. The location and view is fantastic! We even saw whales in the bay right from the hotel while we were there ! This place is underrated and excellent !

Amazing Stay at Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort I recently stayed at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and had a fantastic experience overall. The resort was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with updated rooms that made for a comfortable stay. The staff truly stood out and made the trip memorable. A huge shoutout to Esmeralda, Ricardo, Federico, and Esperanza from the dining room—they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Omar and Jose, who worked by the pool, were equally amazing and provided excellent service. The food was another highlight, with delicious options both in the restaurants and poolside. It’s clear the resort takes pride in offering quality meals. The only downside was my interaction with two front desk staff members, Luis and Valerie, who came across as rude. This was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Vallarta Riviera for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway. The combination of great food, excellent service, and clean accommodations makes it a wonderful choice.
