A thank you Arlette!
Our stay was incredible the moment we arrived. the front door staff were very friendly. our bags were taken immediately and kept safe until it was time for check in. Arlette at the front desk was the best to work with and speak to. incredibly helpful and friendly. even after she had dealt with very rude tenants right before us in line (not her fault at all. she was very polite, they were just terrible people), she still had a wonderful smile and attitude with us. we loved working with her to get checked in and checked out!

Very good!
Park Terrace has been a go-to for the past 5 years, and it continues to be reliably comfortable. I liked this hotel so much that I hope they'll invest in staff and upkeep.These days desk staff only occasionally welcome return travelers back, cleaning carts are in exit stairs, elevators are slow, couches in bedroom are ready to be replaced, and front doors are stiff and difficult to open. Some little fixes would be awesome.
