Don’t use hotels.com
Despite having booked our stay here (and paying for it in full, and receiving confirmation from hotels.com), we did not stay here because hotels.com never confirmed our reservation with the hotel and the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. As a result, we ended up spending almost 2 hours in the lobby of the hotel, on the phone with hotels.com trying to get a reservation somewhere else nearby. The hotels.com rep was very nice and tried to be helpful but other hotels were booked as well. She also had to keep going back and forth between me and the various hotels she tried as she was trying to confirm availability. This ate up the bulk of our afternoon. There really was no excuse for this situation. Clearly this is a review for hotels.com rather than the hotel, though the hotel personnel did nothing to help us.
