Family Stay
Our suite was tastefully decorated with traditional/original decor that felt updated and modern. Loved the location, as it felt "away" from most of the main attractions but still a quick walk to everything. Staff was exceptional and really seem to go above and beyond to greet you, and ensure you are cared for during your stay. Since we had young children, they provided a baby cot at no charge and arranged for airport pickup and drop off with a baby seat. Also with children the use of a washer was so nice - they even provide some detergent! My only criticism would be that we found there was an odour in the kitchen by the second day, and it got worse each day. It wasn't our trash, but more of a musty/old food smell. And we found one of the beds to be a little bit hard. Both very minor things. Don't hesitate to book this place, you won't regret it for a second!

Crazy about my stay!
Iara and Federica were marvelous hostesses and welcoming in every way possible. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Being so close to great eateries, the Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona was just fantastic. I highly recommend this property. Five stars isn’t enough!

Wonderful stay in Rome!
We absolutely loved our apartment. It was so charming and well appointed! The location is in a quiet area (we had no issues with any street or restaurant/bar noise in our unit which had one bedroom and one loft bedroom) but within easy walking distance to the Pantheon area and Campo di Fiori for restaurants, shops, etc. The staff was amazing! They really make you feel as if they want you to have the best possible stay. They were so helpful with every question we had....and there were many! The only thing that bothered me at all was that the mattresses were a bit hard. Maybe that is the nature of the beds in Italy....I don't have any other reference to say for sure. The staff went out of their way to give us some extra padding. But having said that, I would stay here again if we make it back to Rome. We loved our stay!

Poor 2.0
Unpleasant experience with personal belongings.
We had a very unpleasant experience staying at this apartment in Rome. The apartment is well located and authentic Roman. We traveled with a baby, We were assigned an apartment on level ground with a door on the ground but a tall flight of stairs leading up, the place was very very baby un-friendly. As seasoned travelers we know situations happen, but this was a nightmare. we were assigned a checkout at 12. We went to the office at 11:30am and asked them if we could lunch and be back by 12;15-12;30. they say yes. We went back to the apartment at 12.25, there was a battalion of people there cleaning the apartment. they moved our baggage without our approval, checked us out (bags at reception in another block) and put our laptops ipads cables in a corner (in the apartment, not moved to the reception). We lost a few items (insignificant in value) but they were baby items so our remaining trip was impacted in many ways. The reception staff has no clue who opened the apartment and why did the cleaning guys go there and move our bags! They did try to make it up for foregoing our cleaning charges, but our remaining trip was disturbed due to last minute items which were on the table, in the kitchen that were not with us anymore. The worst feeling when your personal belongings are unlocked and handled by unknown people while the accommodation reception is not even aware! BEWARE!!
