Our stay was fantastic here. There was excellent communication and quick responses and fixes for any issues that came up. The room was comfortable and spacious and once we figured out the elevator, the stairs were not a big deal! There may be some street noise during the weekends and the internal walls are a little thin, but it's quiet inside. I used my Loop ear plugs and had zero problems for the outside noise that I only experienced one night during our 3 night stay.

JB Relais is an amazing BnB! The location is centrally located. We walked to the sites in Rome. We even walked back to the BnB after lunch to get some rest before our next schedule attraction site. It is very clean. It is a safe area. The Campo De Fiori market was next to the building , and was a great bonus! No need to carry what we bought, we were 20 steps away from it so just brought the things the we bought back into our room. Will book there again!

The location was ideal for walkability of well-known sights. There are a number of steps to a lift that gets you to the floors to the rooms so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the hotel for you. There is no obvious sign in front of the building but the number is marked. That said, Cristina was so outstanding, kind and very helpful. She said she treats her guests like family and it was felt. The room was very lovely and roomy. Bed was quite comfortable and it was quiet. The hotel is a short walk to the Campo de Fiori, shops and restaurants.

Loved our stay ! Christina and Mary welcomed us with fresh baked croissant’s every morning ( mini) and the air conditioning was the best . There are many stairs to the room ( there is a small lift) so people who can not climb stairs should not stay here . Christina helped out with our luggage when we checked out and arranged a driver for us to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again !

This was a great stay for a one nighter before flying out the early the next morning but I wouldn't necessarily stay here for longer. Great location right down the street from a main square, about a 25 min walk to the Colosseum and 15 min to the Trevi fountain. Once you enter the main door from the street, you walk up a very small, narrow stairway and up a tiny elevator- it's not your standard hotel set up. No lobby or amenities- it's just the room itself once you get up to it. The bathroom was nice. The hotel staff are only present from 8-11:30am so there is no contact with anyone unless you check in/out during those few hours. They do send very clear instructions on how to enter if you arrive outside of those times. Decent for the price.

Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. Additional positives were the helpful and kind staff and fresh croissants to go with the provided coffee each morning. I'd recommend
