Prim Location. Close to everything. Our room was very clean. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was small, but we weren't in it much.

8/10 Very good

It was very good experience the only lack for us was the absense of feeding chair for our toddler. Personels were welcoming. The place is located in very city center of room it is very easy to tour around the city by walking.

8/10 Very good

Generally it was a good experience as we stayed there over 3 different times from 29 Sept to 13 Oct. Recommendations: signage as to where Navona Rooms is after entering the main door; some coloured stickers on the glass door inside towards the rooms to avoid running into it. Breakfast was excellent. Good spread. Staff were helpful especially Sylvia. Leonardo also was on standby to help us get in as we arrived late from Geneva. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. Air conditioning could have been better but we understand it's beyond their control. Location was excellent. Very convenient to move around. Lots of eateries in the vicinity . Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

A very nice hotel located in the middle of everything. You can walk to almost all famous historical places i Rome. The room was quite small, but very modern and clean. It felt that the hotel has been newly renovated. Also the straff were very friedly and helpful. Maybe a bit high price based on the size of the room and that you dont have a reception open 24 hours. But it was compensated by the location and the standard of the hotel and its staff.
