We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif.
