Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very clean and the check in was smooth. There is a lift, which is great for luggage. Check out staff was amazing. She arranged our taxi and waited with us until it arrived. We highly recommend this place.

The best thing about the property was Michela!!! He was so kind and accomodating. The room was so nice and extremely comfortable. Had a cool feel about the decor and its style. Great reataurant right acroas the street and steps from the Spanish Steps. All in all an AMAZING stay and again so many thanks to Michela for making our first stop INCREDIBLE!!!

Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

Well maintained boutique property just a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Our concierge was simply amazing, providing recommendations for anything we asked and arranging transportation for us. Complementary Prosecco, sparkling water and olive oil in our room was a bonus. We would highly recommend and love to return!!

The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean.
