Improvement of principles needed
The property was okay but you can quickly tell the property is not being maintained like it should and will quickly deteriorate. The customer service was also poor. I arrived at 2pm and there was a woman checking in in front of me and I herd the manager tell her that check in was at 4pm but he had a couple rooms and he would be able to check her in if she paid a $25 fee. She was obviously irritated but reluctantly agreed to pay the fee. Then it was my turn and conveniently he had the same couple of rooms available if I was willing to pay the fee. The exact type of room that I booked just happened to be available if I was willing to pay the fee. I just feel the integrity of this hotel is not what it needs to be and I will not be staying there again.
