Great location where it’s a bit quieter yet only a few minutes walk to amenities. Friendly welcome and everyone on reception was really helpful. Food from the onsite restaurant/cafe was excellent. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was well equipped with everything I needed, comfortable bed, clean, and great views

Great property, had the 2 bedroom 2 washroom suite. Plenty of space for 2 people, sauna was great. Pool was a bit small and usually full of children. Location is fantastic, 10 minutes from the main shopping area and 4 minutes from the beach. Gym was small but had the necessary equipment.

Photos look excellent and facilities are good but for the hundreds of rooms they have in the building I think in the middle of the season sharing 5 BBQs across 41 floors might be a struggle. Was a new build a few years ago presumably but just needs a little maintenance here and there. Can’t leave things because they’re new

Excellent spacious apartment in a great position
Amazing apartment. Very spacious with a balcony and great views. Everything there for to cook plus a range of coffee and teas, etc. TV was good with a wide range of movies and shows. WiFi excellent and the gym was very good for a hotel. Very fast lifts. Excellent air-conditioning. Perfect positioning as very close to beach and Cavill Ave and just across the road from the tram.

Fantastic location right in front of beach in surfers paradise north. Less than 10mins train to SeaWorld and less than 3mins tram to the Main Street (Cavill ave) made it really enjoyable. Only down is the loud noise from constructions during the weekdays but there’s nothing they can do about it. Apart from that, excellent 👍

Nice views from room towards the mountains. Could catch glimpse of water too. Observation Deck is lovely for enjoying the views. Building noise was a bit much from nearby construction site but that would impact all the nearby hotels equally. A topper for the mattress would’ve been nice but apparently Reception Desk could have provided one but I didn’t learn this until check-out.

I really loved the view , staff were great and informative. Right next to the tram stop which was ideal for getting around . The only thing that was disliked was the air conditioning leaked in the master bedroom and the main bathroom fan when operating squealed very loudly. Apart from that everything was amazing.
