excellent hotel!
Stayed there for 2 days, the suite was amazing! The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool which I didn't get to use, a gym and spa. Location was great, about 15 mins walking to Roma termini, 5 mins to bus stops. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Rome!

Not Great
We were very disappointed with this hotel. To echo what other reviewers have said the rooms do not have controllable air conditioning! You have to ring the reception to change the room temperature for you. Having already done this once when we first arrived, I woke up at 4 in the morning profusely sweating and had to ring reception again to turn it down again, which seems absolutely mad! The Plugs in the sink and shower would not lift up and we had to try and slightly open them to drain the tub and sink. The pipes for the shower were exposed and wobbly and felt like they could break at any minute. The TV in the room froze on the first night and then didn’t have any English speaking channels which again was rather strange. Check in experience was poor as I had to hand over my phone and had our booking scrutinised as looks like they couldn’t find my booking anywhere. If no credit card you have to put a deposit of 50 euros a night down which seems excessive and was not cleared in our bank until a week after our stay. Beds are also rock solid, which may suit some people but not for us.

Nothing special
Room was ok, however extremely poor lighting. Only one mirror in the bathroom. Very difficult to see to do your make up or check what you look like before going out. Paid for spa access which even though not all parts working still charged full price. However, convenient for Metro.

New Years Visit
Pool and sauna not included in the stay and not for kids under 16. Junior suite was nice with a jacuzzi tub but also cramped and dimly lit. Mostly quiet location near Termini and restaurants. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent selection and not too crowded. Nice place, just wish the pool was part of the hotel as advertised on this site.

Was a challenging stay....
Worst bed ever. A cement block. Rooms are stark, dark - will give credit to bathrooms - was fine. Moldy and musty smell was overwhelming - like an open garbage bin beneath the window. The property has potential - but it’s challenging in current state. Guests have no control over the room temp. Had to ask desk to turn on the a/c as it was stifling, and they put the heat on instead making it unbearable. Couldn’t open the window because of the stench below...all in all, a bust for us. My advice would be to ask for a higher room for starters...ours was 1st floor and felt like cell....We moved out for night 2.

Fantastic stay
Beautiful hotel and amenities. Our loft room was spectacular, allowing us some privacy from the kids without booking a separate room. Would book this again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Hotel, receptionists really helpful with information about where to go. Only a 10 minute walk to the main Rome train station.
