A Gem of a Place
We really enjoyed our stay here. Not a hotel but more like a suite of rooms in a multipurpose older building but pretty neat old building. In the States we don't have anything like this. Anyway, close to subway (beware of pickpockets! got my phone stolen when we rode the subway) and Popolo Plaza, the gateway to all the ruins and must see sites. We walked it all from this location. Wonderful little Sicilian pizza place across the street from the entrance. No fridge or microwave but there is some in great room/office outside the rooms. Small bathroom. Definitely would use again

Quite worth the money
Staff were very helpful and I appreciated. Location is good as there are so many grocery shops and restaurants round the building. Metro station is just 2 min walk away. Cross some roads, you will be in a shopping area and the Spanish Steps is just 15-20 mins away by walking. However, you would hear the trams moving at night as a tram terminal is just in front of the rooms. Unfortunately, I felt a bit disappointed about the cleanliness as there were stains on the toilet and marks on walls... Feeling uncomfortable even the bathroom was en-suite... Small room, but quite worth the money.

Very nice hotel, good value for money
The hotel is great! Been recently renovated and everything is new. In my opinion the beds are a bit too soft, and there is noise coming from the hallway and outside. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the host is super nice. Also the location is very central with all types of public transportation nearby.

Perfetto!!!!
Stanza molto carina a due passi da piazza del popolo e la stazione della metro. Ottima pulizia e personale gentilissimo che ci ha accolti in modo ottino. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Great
The room was great! I loved the sandwich place across the street, and the many cafes for breakfast. The core of rome is a step away and beautiful parks around the corner, too! It is a pretty central and easy to use location, with great standards!

Will consider again if I returned to Rome.
Great location. Clean facility. Apartments are spacious. Vincenzo is a great host; his suggestions and recommendations (in perfect English) help travelers significantly. Carrefour MiniMarket is literally around the corner. Breakfast across the street. Keep in mid this is also a historical building...

Good 6.0
This accommodation is clean, central, and staff are friendly. However you should also understand and be prepared for the following: 1) This is NOT a hotel. These are are comfortable rooms located in a residential building. The staff is friendly but NOT there round the clock. Check-in must be coordinated via text message or email to ensure access. The accommodation is lacking all the services typically found in hotels. 2) The rooms are on the first floor of a busy street. While they are insulated for noise with double glass, it’s not possible, in my opinion, to sleep with windows open for both security reasons and noise 3) There are four similar rooms within an enclosed apartment space. Each room with its own private shower. Nevetheless, it is possible to hear when other residents exit and enter their rooms and walk the central corridor. My room was also right next to the reception desk so I was able to hear every conversation that took place just outside my door. It disturbed my peace whether I was sleeping or not. Other rooms are not well insulated for internal noise either. While the price, location, and owners are all splendid, this property didn’t meet my needs for the aforementioned reasons.

Very good hotel near to Metro and attractions
We stayed at Flaminio for 3 nights and we were fully satisfied. Rooms were clean, and spacious. Metro station Flaminio is just 4 mins walk. Plaza de Popolo is just 2 mins walk. Rest of the attractions like Trevi Fountain, etc are all walkable from the hotel. If you return late there are lot of food options nearby. Carrefour express is just downstairs. This hotel ticks all my requirements.

Beautiful, stylish and clean rooms
Beautiful rooms, very stylish, Vincienti met us out of hours, showed us around and gave a few recommendations for eating, very central to where we needed to be for the rugby and only a 15min walk from the Spanish steps and Trivi fountain
